The drive to Marystown in the Burin Peninsular was quite relaxed. We went through rocky land sparsely covered with trees and lakes. Very few houses. Marystown was a disappointment being well spread out with several parking lot/shopping malls with lots of fast food.
We went on to Burin which was more interesting. It included a long boardwalk built out over the water.
