A small theatre |
We had a good lunch here - lobster and scallops |
These "trestles" are used to demonstrate how the codfish were laid out on coniferous branches to dry |
It is unusual to find a Victorian mail box this side of the Atlantic |
We watched a gull fly over a road, about 50 feet up and dropped this sea urchin on to the hard asphalt. It landed, picked up the soft part and quickly took off. |
The gulls also eat crabs by dropping them on a hard surface |
The lighthouse was quite close but it would have taken a very long time to walk around the several inlets to get to it. |
