Although the temperature rose into the double digits today the wind was quite high at times. We went to the Arc de Triomphe and walked around the Etoile and back. Out via Monceau and back via Ternes. There were no signs of the manifestations in the Champs Elysees yesterday.
Macron's letter to the French people was published this evening. Not sure how this will play out.
